Another collab with Jörg Finkeldey, our German master brewer and friend that brewed the much loved Dunkel with us. As with the Dunkel, we went very traditional on this brew. Doing a complex step mash followed by a decoction. The end result is a very balanced beer with the signature bready, banana, vanilla & clove that you expect from a Munich Weiss. This beer takes me back to the streets of Bavaria and this typical breakfast beer.
